We came home on a Sunday night to find the first floor of our house stuck at 62 degrees. The furnace was clearly on and the second floor was freezing. We knew something was wrong. They arrived on time, were pleasant and best of all, they diagnosed and fixed our broken blower capacitor. Best of all, there were no hidden charges, like one of their competitors who wanted $95 dollars just to walk in the door!
